We had a flood in our finished basement and McCoy Builders didn’t just repair the damages, they took the time to determine the cause of the flooding and created a solution to the problem. And when the work was finished you couldn’t tell that it had ever flooded. I was referred to McCoy Builders because of their reputation for quality work and was not disappointed.

McCoy Builders did an outstanding job of extending our den for additional living space. Additionally, they fabricated and installed a full room width cabinet center in our living room. The den modification included completely redoing the fireplace, ie. Marble facia, mantel and installation of a gas fired insert. Both the fireplace mantel and the cabinet center were hand crafted to our drawings and specifications to match other house decor. They performed all the finishing details including the painting. All we had to do was to move in the furniture. Not only were the results of all of their work outstanding and completed in a timely fashion, Shaun and his crew were always professional, punctual and courteous. We are completely satisfied!

McCoy Builders has completed multiple projects for our company including replacement windows, decks and rebuilding some closets using cedar materials.

Considering that our office was built in the early 1930’s it was certainly a challenge for the McCoy Group. However, with hard work and my high expectations, McCoy Builders delivered on time and under budget.

McCoy Builders designed a custom kitchen addition as well as renovated two existing rooms for us. Shaun spent time with my wife and I going over our wish list to include an Old World Style kitchen with built-in cabinetry, a working island/seated bar, wood floors and designed for all the modern appliances. The renovations included a four person computer room with custom desk units, and a sunroom with all new windows and flooring. We are pleased with the results and appreciated all the extra steps in planning and execution of a large project within our time frame while keeping our budget under consideration.

McCoy Builders has earned our respect and not only have they completed other projects for us, but we will consider them on any future projects as well.
